Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) is doing everything we can to make the health care reform work for Montanans. Health care reform, enacted by congress in 2010 present important challenges for our country and for Montana. Mandates in these laws will cause some disruption and some uncertainty, as one would expect with such a dramatic change in an important social policy. To help improve understanding of the impact of health care reform in Montana, BCBSMT is providing this summary of many of the health care reform laws and mandates associated with it.
